Strength Interval
In Strength Interval, you’ll work in set intervals alternating strength, core and short bursts of cardio exercises. This format will help you to increase speed, strength and endurance while burning more calories per time interval segment.
Cardio & Core
Cardio & Core uses plyometric exercises combined with strength moves to build endurance, speed and agility. These moves are quick in nature and help you to build overall body strength while conditioning your core.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp is an interval training class that mixes a variety of training techniques to challenge your cardiovascular system along with your muscle strength. This class incorporates calisthenics, body weight exercises and plenty of strength and cardio combinations to keep your body guessing.
Tabata-Inspired Cardio
Tabata-style workouts, a concept named after a Japanese scientist Dr. Tabata, are designed to push your muscles to their full potential in a short period of time while increasing your VO2 max. This class provides a total body workout using body weight exercises.
Straight Strength Express
A 45 minute class that incorporates specific weight lifting combinations to help to increase muscular strength while sculpting and defining arms, back, legs and glute muscles. Modifications provided.
Sculpt Express
A 45 minute class that focuses on sculpting and toning your muscles. This is a low impact class that packs a big punch. The class is will be filled with a mixture of light dumbbells, balls, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to build definition in one fact pace class.
