In the world we live in this has become an extremely popular method of working out. Between work and life demands it can be challenging to break away and exercise. If this describes you, give this a try. Aubrey will schedule your appointment and virtually connect with you via facetime or zoom based on availability. During this session you will receive a challenging custom workout to help you reach your goals.

Group

Group training is a great way to connect with others while reaching your fitness goals. Within a group setting you are being led through a personal training program that is challenging but fun. Group trainings can be in an outdoor setting or via zoom if weather or location requires such. Aubrey will instruct to levels 1-2-3 which is beginner, intermediate and advanced. This workout is designed for all participants.

Personal

Do you have goals but don’t know how to get there? Do you need accountability in order to succeed? Personal training is the recipe for success when trying to reach a specific goal. Having someone map out your plan while holding you accountable is a proven way for success. Aubrey is very passionate about helping you to establish a new plan based on the things that have not worked for you previously. Aubrey believes your goal is her goal, partnering together, you will be unstoppable.
