Initial Consultation

Initial consultation is the most important part of your journey. The focus of this interactive discussion is to better understand and establish your short- and long-term fitness and wellness goals. During this session, we will perform a fitness evaluation so that I can assist you with setting reasonable and obtainable fitness goals. The fitness evaluation will also help to create a prescribed exercise plan with an accountability structure that will help you succeed.

 

Exercise Prescription Plan

Do you like to exercise on you own?

Would you prefer to just have an exercise prescription plan that is made just for you? With this service, you will receive a weekly exercise plan tailored for you which includes a one hour-long workout. I will formulate an exercise schedule that you can do on your own in order to reach your specific goals (Initial Consultation required).

Personal Training Session

Each workout is constructed based on your current fitness level (strength, cardio respiratory endurance and mobility) in conjunction with the individuals fitness and wellness goals. Each prescribed exercise will be finetuned and strategically grouped together in order to help you gain strength and endurance. Why only custom workouts? Aubrey’s belief is that not one workout suits all. The custom exercise regime will be tailored to fit your lifestyle.

 

Teen Training

Teens need to stay active. As a former health and physical education teacher, I see the need and value in teaching and training young people to develop a strong “workout” ethic. By fostering and instilling a life-long love for exercise, this program will build your child’s strength as their bodies grow into maturity. Cardio training, agility, flexibility, strength and endurance training will help your child become stronger on and off the field.
